Support policyBoicu Solutions provides support for ADLAC theme-related questions and theme bugs. Theme-related support requests should receive a response within two business days. Critical theme bugs are prioritized.
Included theme support
- Questions about ADLAC settings and documented features.
- Reproducing and fixing theme bugs.
- Guidance on using Shopify-native features that ADLAC already supports.
- Reasonable compatibility guidance for app blocks used in supported app-block locations.
Not included in standard theme support
- Custom feature development or bespoke redesign work.
- Building or debugging third-party apps.
- Custom coding that changes the theme outside its documented settings and extension points.
- Store administration unrelated to the theme.
Support request form
Before submittingPlease include enough detail to reproduce the issue. Screenshots are especially useful for layout, styling, and Theme Editor problems. Do not upload customer personal data, payment information, passwords, or API credentials.
