Product page
Build product pages with rich media, variants, Shopify commerce features, nested information tabs, app blocks, and recommendations.
Media gallery
The Main product media gallery supports product images, Shopify-hosted video, external video, and 3D models. Merchants can configure media width, media ratio, media fit, image spacing, desktop thumbnails, and the media counter.
Product information blocks
The Main product section uses reorderable theme blocks. The available blocks include Vendor, Title, Price, Variant picker, Quantity selector, Pickup availability, Purchase options, Buy buttons, Product information tabs, Description, Product specifications, and Custom Liquid. Root-level app blocks are also supported.
Variant picker
Uses Shopify option values, supports Shopify swatches, unavailable states, and linked-product option URLs.
Quantity
Honors Shopify minimum, maximum, and increment quantity rules for the selected variant.
Pickup availability
Shows pickup status and enabled pickup locations for the selected variant.
Purchase options
Displays one-time purchase and selling plan allocations when the selected variant supports subscriptions or other selling plans.
Buy buttons
Includes AJAX add to cart, accelerated checkout, payment terms/installments, and gift card recipient fields when the product is a gift card.
Product information tabs
Add a Product information tabs block, then add one or more Information tab children. A tab can contain Product description, Product specifications, Custom Liquid, or compatible app blocks.
Tab labels can be set to Description, Technical specifications, Reviews, or Custom. Reviews can optionally show a rating summary when the installed review app maintains Shopify's standard product rating metafields.
Gift cards
Gift card products can show the recipient form inside Buy buttons. The customer can provide a recipient email, optional name and message, and an optional send date. Accelerated checkout is not rendered for gift card products in this block.
Recommendations
The default product template includes separate complementary and related Product recommendations sections. Their product cards can show secondary images, swatches, Quick Buy, and configurable image presentation.
